Greg Gutfield has a better suggestion for the Nobel Peace Prize.

The Nobel Peace Prize was awarded this morning, and I’d like to congratulate Irena Sendler. Sendler was a former history teacher who rescued 2,500 children during the Holocaust and was a top contender for the wondrous prize.

  1. It is so funny that you linked to this. This is exactly what I was thinking last night. I was skimming through my copies of my local paper, the KC Star and they brought up this woman as being a good candidate for the Nobel Peace Prize. She deserved it 100 times more than Al Gore did. What a pity!! I’m going to do a little more research on her and talk about her on my radio show on Monday about how this is the kind of person that deserved the award. Great find!!
